Why Part 102 matters
A pilot licence covers one person. A Part 102 certificate means the business itself is approved by the CAA and accountable for every flight.

Questions
Can you fly in Kelvin Heights or Jacks Point?
It depends, but primarily yes. Both sit under Queenstown's controlled airspace, and we arrange the clearance as part of the booking. Some locations are unable to get authorisation regardless of licence.
Is drone video included?
It can be part of any photo or film package. The portal shows what each includes.
What if it is windy?
We fly when it is safe to do so, however our drones can handle winds much higher than what is expected.
